    I have at Treo750, and no matter what wallpaper I transfer, the image looks pixelated. Is it my phone?

    check the default wallpaper on you device and see which format its in also check the size. then you can use GIMP / Photoshop to convert these in to the required format

    Update :     one other option is using ThemeGenCE to convert the wallpaper to a theme. Then put the .tsk file in to my documents and apply that theme.
